How you'll receive your 6KU bike: If you’ve ordered a complete bike, it will be completely built, then partially disassembled so that it fits into the shipping container for delivery to you. Upon receipt, you’ll need to unpack your bike and perform final assembly using common hand tools. Our customer support team is standing by to help you with assembly or adjustment questions.

Warranty: All other components, frame fixtures, and finishes (paint and decals) are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase. 6KU frames are warranted by Aventon Bikes, 18457 Railroad St, Industry, CA 91748 against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. Manufactured in California.
