Shipping & Return Policy

Return Policy:

We stand behind our manufacturers and the products they offer and want you as our valued customer to be satisfied by them. We will always do our best to take care of our customers, regardless of whether they’re purchasing or returning. Our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably, and we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.


Additionally, it is important to note that while we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction, policies differ from manufacturer to manufacturer, and as a result what we offer to you may vary depending on the bike you’ve purchased. 

 

6KU:

You may return any 6KU product in new and unused condition within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping charges. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used to purchase the bike. 

 

Vilano Bicycles:

You may return any Vilano product within 60 days, as long as the product is in a brand new, unused condition, less shipping costs. If the product has signs of wear (such as dents, scratches, missing parts, and so on), we may assess a 20% restocking fee.

 

Micargi Bicycles

You may return any Micargi Bicycle product within 7 days of the delivery date as long as the product is in a brand new, unused condition, less shipping costs and a 50% re-stocking fee.


State Bicycle Co: 

You may return any State Bicycle Co. product within 7 days of delivery as long as the product is in brand new, unused condition, less shipping costs and a 15% re-stocking fee.

Please ensure that the packaging is done correctly, as negligent packing that destroys the bike will render us unable to provide you with a refund. 


X-Treme Electric Bicycles & Scooters:

You may return any X-Treme Electric Bicycle within 15 days or the purchase date, less shipping fees. If the product has signs of wear (such as dents, scratches, missing parts, and so on), we may assess a 15% restocking fee.

 

Exchanges and Replacements

Please contact us directly for any exchange requests and we will do our best to accommodate. 


Shipping Policy:

Estimated Arrival Date: Please allow 1 business day for processing orders. Additionally, orders may be processed in less time depending on the time you place the order. Orders placed before 1:00p.m. PST will be likely processed on the same day. Shipping times are approximately 2-5 business days

  • Individuals closer to California will experience shipping times of approximately 2-3 business days. 
  • Individuals closer to Kansas will experience shipping times of approximately 3-4 business days. 
  • Individuals closer to New York will experience shipping times of approximately 4-5 business days. 

Once the order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number from one of our most commonly used carriers, which include:

  • United Parcel Service (UPS)
  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • FedEx
